Guided tours
There are many guides in the area who can help you try a new activity, or learn more about nature, history and culture. For example, guided tours for the whole family are given at Avesta Bison Park or Gårdsjö Moose Park in Heby, where you can learn about the animals both in the park and in the wild. Or why not visit one of the local breweries with your friends for a guided tour and beer tasting?

Nedre Dalälven offers fantastic fishing opportunities, and if you want to improve your fishing or are a beginner, you can contact one of the area’s fishing instructors or get a guided fishing trip. You can also visit the Biosphere Reserve’s website for ongoing activities and courses.
